Much thanks to you for selecting your kid in Precious Angels Day Care! We are focused on cooperating with guardians to help their youngster’s development and advancement. We endeavor to see every individual youngster with the goal that we can best answer their singular necessities. We want to establish a warm and sustaining climate where all kids feel acknowledged, safe and thought often about. Close to home, scholarly, physical, inventive and social improvement is at the center of our arrangements, systems and everyday practices.

Health or Medical Care
if a child is injured or becomes seriously ill while at the center, the chiid will receive immediate medical attention and a parent or guardian will be notified immediately. If parents or guardians cannot be located, emergency contacts listed on the registration form will be phoned. Any health care administered by the staff will be in nature of first aid. If a child requires emergency,health care, an ambulance will be called. Parents will be responsible for associated fees incurred for medical care.
POLICY AND PROCEDURES OF OUT OF SCHOOL PROGRAM CHILDREN REGARDING THE PICK-UP TIME FROM SCHOOL
Parents of children who are attending the after school care program in our centre will be responsible for notifying the centre by phone or notify the staff on duty directly for any of the following situations:
The child is going to be picked up early or right after school hours by the parent(s).
- The child is going to be picked up early or right after school hours by theparent(s).
- The child is absent for any reason including illness
- The child is on vacation or is away from the centre for a while
- For any school fieldtrip organized by the school and authorized by the parent.
School age children must show up in our centre as soon as they finish the school. For any reason that the child is staying with the teacher or other school planned activities, they must notify the staff on duty right away (the child will go back to attend the school activities and come back to the program), so the staff will be aware of the child’s absence or the reason for the child’s late arrival
Kindergarten children are escorted by the teacher or assistants to the out-of- school meeting destination and will remain under the supervision of the out-of- school staff. Children registered in grades one and up will be required to line up at the front door of our day care center, where the meeting point is with their supervisor. The staff on duty takes the attendance after school hours and she must know the reason why the child is not showing up on time at the meeting spot of the teacher and the children, The staff on duty must be notified on time for any absence or delay of the child’s appearance, even when the child is preoccupied with school activities. This information is shared with children all the time, but we need parents to inform or remind the child too.
Preschool children who are attending 100 voices program are dropped off and picked up from their classroom by one of our staff member.

In case if the child doesn’t show up on time after school hours for the parent’s negligence to notify the center, we will give a warning to the parent. If this situation will happen repeatedly we are going to give the parent a written notice for discontinuing from our program.
Other policies of out of school children:
Our staff is not responsible for any expensive item that is brought in our center such as video games, cell phones, money kept with children. It is parent’s responsibility to tell the child to be responsible for those items (if they are provided at the center).
We are not providing children the leftover food that is brought at school from the Morning. If the food needs refrigeration during the day and is kept in the child’s backpack all the time, it is not going to be given to the child from our staff. The leftover food might create poisoning for the children and/or severe health conditions. If the food is not refrigerated we will not provide it to the children for safety reasons. In such cases we will provide the day care (osc) snack.
Parents of children that are attending the out-of-lunch for children every Thursday afternoon and the cases when children have no school.
Parents must sign out their child’s attendance sheet every day.
Parents must always inform the staff for any change of address, phone number or other important information that needs to be updated in the emergency contact information.
MEDIA PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT FORM
We would appreciate it if parents completed this consent form in order to allow your children to be photographed during special events or normal day to day activities organized at Precious Angels Daycare center. In order for a child to have their photograph taken, we must have 4 consent form on file at Precious Angels Daycare.
if you do not want te have your child photographed, please do not hesitate to indicate this inthe section below. As well, if you do object, please ensure that your child is aware of this.
As the parent of my child/children at Precious Angels Daycare, I agree the following:
- I understood that my child/children whose name/names are listed below may be photographed at Precious Angels Daycare during normal daycare hours, field trips, or other activities.
- I understand that these photographs may be used for day care activities or special events.
